Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in new condition.
- Returns can be initiated for both defective and non-defective products.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for products.
Return Method:
- All returns should be sent by mail.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- A return label will be provided, but the customer will cover this cost.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee amounting to 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
